Hi, I’m Jessica
I created this course to empower women in perimenopause with the tools and strategies their bodies need right now.

Hi I’m Jessica, I’m a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a Certified Perimenopause/Menopause Health Coach.
I know first-hand the struggle of perimenopause. When I realized I was in it, I was exhausted, anxious, moody, and the brain fog was so thick I could barely think straight. On top of that, I gained 15 lbs—without changing a single thing.
I’ve been there…
But when I started implementing the same strategies I now teach inside The PeriTHRIVE Method, everything shifted. My energy came back, my anxiety disappeared, my mood stabilized, and I started waking up ready to take on the day. I dropped 12 lbs, gained muscle, and could finally think clearly again.
And I’ve seen the same transformation in the women I guide through this process—watching them go from drained, frustrated, and overwhelmed to energized, confident, and thriving.
